About the Role

We are seeking experienced watchmakers, horologist and technicians to provide expert repair and restoration services for luxury watches, vintage timepieces, and antique pocket watches. This is a great opportunity for independent contractors to work on high-end brands and unique heirloom watches, contributing to our reputation as a trusted name in horology.

Responsibilities:

As a Watchmaker or Technician, you will:

Perform Repairs and Restorations: Disassemble, diagnose, and repair watch movements, replacing damaged components as needed.
Service Luxury Brands: Handle watches from top brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, TAG Heuer, Breitling, and Audemars Piguet.
Maintain Vintage and Antique Timepieces: Restore historical watches while preserving their authenticity and charm.
Polishing and Finishing: Restore the shine and appearance of luxury watch cases and bands, including high-end models like Rolex and Omega.
Conduct Cleaning and Lubrication: Service and maintain watch movements to ensure accuracy and longevity.
Test Accuracy and Functionality: Adjust and test watch movements to meet brand-specific guidelines and high-performance standards.
Manage Inventory: Order and maintain a stock of essential watch parts and tools.
Document Repairs: Keep detailed records of repairs, costs, and services performed for transparency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with the following skills and attributes:

Proven experience as a watchmaker or watch technician, with expertise in repairing and restoring luxury and vintage timepieces.
Technical proficiency in polishing, refinishing, and servicing high-end watch cases and bands.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
Passion for horology and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
