Is there a warranty on my watch?
Sangamon Watches come with a 2-year standard manufacturer's warranty from the original purchase date. The warranty provides coverage in case of manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover average wear and tear, damage due to water, scratches and loss or theft. Customers should avoid interaction with water as much as possible since water damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any outside work performed on a Sangamon watch may lead to a null and void manufacturer's warranty.
Are your watches waterproof?
All Sangamon Watches are at least 5 ATM which allows quick interaction with water such as hand washing. Customers should avoid interaction with water as much as possible since water damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
What are your international shipping costs?
Shipping outside of the US requires additional shipping fees that will be automatically calculated at checkout. For more details, please see Shipping under Terms & Conditions.
When will my order be shipped?
All items in stock are expected to ship within 4 business days after the date of the order. Ground shipping typically takes 2-6 days for US destinations and are shipped using USPS.
