All watches, leather goods and knives ship free within the United States, typically via UPS Express. International shipping is a flat rate of $39.99 and most likely shipped via DHL. All items in stock are expected to ship within 4 business days after the date of the order. Express shipping typically takes 2-6 days for US destinations. We typically provide an upgrade to priority shipping for all watches within the USA to ensure quick deliver. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All accepted returns will be issued 100% refund, minus shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. We reserve all rights on whether to accept returned products. For exchanges of other designed watches, we will send any other watch currently in stock after we have received your original product. We must first accept original product before we can exchange for another watch. We will charge a 5% restocking fee on exchanges plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your watch is damaged upon receiving, please contact us within 3 days and we will send you a prepaid shipping label immediately for an exchange of product. There is no restocking fee on defective or damaged products. We strive to have premier customer service. Sangamon Watches come with a 1 or 2-year standard manufacturer's warranty from the original purchase date. The warranty provides coverage in case of manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover average wear and tear, damage due to water, scratches and loss or theft. Customers should avoid interaction with water as much as possible since water damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any outside work performed on a Sangamon watch may lead to a null and void manufacturer's warranty.
