1. Manual Winding

If your watch is not worn frequently and needs power, please turn the crown in the normal position clockwise. Turn crown between 10-20 times to power mainspring. 

2. Setting Time 

1. Pull the crown out to position 2.
2. Turn the crown clockwise to set hour and minute hands. (Try to avoid turning counter-clockwise for long term health of movement)
3. Push the crown in back to normal position.

3. Setting Date

If the date display between the hours of 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM, please do not set the date. (Because the date may not change on the following day)

1. Pull the crown out to position 1.
2. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the date.
3. Push the crown in back to normal position.
