Our Current Turnaround Time

• Full Services and Repairs: Typically completed and returned to the customer within 10 working days. It takes longer if specific parts need to be ordered.
• Minor Work: Services such as battery replacements, crystal replacements, and strap adjustments are completed within 5 working days.

Convenient Mail-In Repair Services

No matter where you are in the United States, our mail-in repair service makes it easy to restore your watch without leaving your home. Here’s how it works:

1. Complete our online repair inquiry form to request a service.
2. We will respond with a detailed quotation and instructions on how to send your watch to us.
3. Once received, we’ll diagnose, repair, and return your watch in excellent working condition.

Important Information

• Minimum Bench Charge: A fee of $35 applies for diagnosing and examining watches that are not repaired. This fee includes opening the case and providing a detailed evaluation of the issue.
