The engraved back side of this watch depicts a thrilling moment in 1831 when young Lincoln navigated down the Sangamon River eventually getting his boat stuck on a mill dam. Lincoln showed his ingenuity and leadership skills to to help maneuver away from the dam, impressing many of the locals who had gathered around to watch. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your watch is damaged upon receiving, please contact us within 3 days and we will send you a prepaid shipping label immediately for an exchange of product. Any outside work performed on a Sangamon watch may lead to a null and void manufacturer's warranty.
